9ct white gold oval blue sapphire claw set and surrounded by 12 brilliant cut round diamonds. Oval blue sapphire 5 x 7 mm, total diamond weight 0/04ct. Diamonds are illusion set. An illusion setting is a style of jewellery setting which enhances the appearance, and especially the perceived size, of the diamonds in it.
